Renovation as an art form.
We design and build extraordinary homes for clients who value craft, materiality, and the quiet confidence of a space well-considered.
Every home tells a story. Ours begins with listening.
Before any drawing is made, we spend time with you in the home you already have. We learn how morning light falls across the kitchen, where the children gather, which rooms have been waiting quietly to be reconsidered. The brief is not a questionnaire — it is a slow, attentive conversation.
From that conversation we draw. We work in stone and timber and aged metal — the materials that age into themselves. Our practice favours restraint over gesture, detail over decoration, and the long horizon of a house that will be lived in for decades.
The result, we hope, is a home that feels inevitable: as though it had always been meant to be the way it now is.
A portfolio of distinguished interiors.
A selection of recently completed work — kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home renovations across the Greater Toronto Area. A larger archive is held privately and shared on request.
Comprehensive renovation, executed with precision.
Six disciplines, drawn and built under one roof. We act as a single point of accountability across architecture, interior design, millwork, and construction.
Every discipline drawn and made by the same studio.

Delivery & Care

Renov8 didn’t just renovate our home — they understood it. Every decision felt intentional, every detail considered. The result is a space that feels entirely ours.

We work with materials that endure.
We favour the materials that age into themselves rather than away from themselves — stone, timber, and unlacquered metal. Slabs are visited in person before they are cut. Timber is matched grain to grain.
